～It's great that there are so many different cultures!～

Currently, there are about 30,000 foreign nationals living in Shiga Prefecture. People of various nationalities, races, and ethnicities from about 80 countries around the world live together with us. In Shiga Prefecture, Japanese and foreigners, adults and children, all dance, play, and have fun together all day long. That's the Oumi Multicultural Exchange Festival!

As the title of the festival suggests, the idea is to not think too hard about it, but to just have fun and interact with others and say "It's okay!"
